Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Telecom Sales Executive to promote and sell telecom products and services.
The role involves acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in a competitive market.
📞 Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Promote telecom products (SIM cards, broadband, data plans, corporate connections)
- Identify and onboard new customers (B2C / B2B depending on role)
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market visits for lead generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🤝 Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
📊 Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports
- Update CRM with lead and sales data
- Coordinate with backend/support teams for activation and service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telecom / FMCG / field sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of telecom products and services
- Comfortable with field work (if applicable)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE/India telecom sales industry
- Lead generation & cold calling experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales targets achieved
- Number of new customer acquisitions
- Conversion rate of leads to sales
- Customer retention rate
Compensation
