Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Agency Sales Executive.

In this role, you will oversee identifying and securing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Daily responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, delivering tailored pitches to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals.

As a key team member, you will represent Amigoz’s values and ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to foster long-term client relationships and close deals
  • Strategic Channel Sales and Partnership Management experience
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Campaign Planning, and Business Trends
  • Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create compelling proposals
  • Attention to detail and analytical abilities to track sales performance and adapt strategies
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with experience in achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing, media, or advertising industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with the MENA market is highly desirable
