We are seeking a driven and hungry Sales Representative (Setter) to join our expanding team.
This is a front-line, high-impact position where speed, precision, and communication directly influence our revenue and growth.
The Role
As a Setter, you are the first point of contact for all inbound leads.
Your primary objective is to respond with extreme urgency, build immediate rapport, and book qualified appointments for our Sales Closers.
This role requires constant focus and consistency throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- **Rapid Lead Response:**
- Respond to new inbound leads within 1 minute.
- **Qualification:**
- Engage with and qualify potential customers to ensure they meet showroom criteria.
- **Rapport Building:**
- Establish trust quickly through exceptional verbal and written communication.
- **Appointment Setting:**
- Secure high-quality bookings for the Sales Closer team.
- **Lead Nurturing:**
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- **Premium Experience:**
- Deliver a high-end customer experience at every digital and telephonic touchpoint.
Candidate Requirements
