Position: Sales Executive – Beauty-Tech SaaS (Dubai)
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of a cutting-edge platform transforming the beauty and wellness industry. You’ll build meaningful relationships with salon and spa owners, conduct powerful product demos, and drive sales growth with a consultative, solution-driven approach.Candidates with experience in Beauty, Spa, Salon, POS, or Software/SaaS Sales are highly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the salon/spa ecosystem.
- Conduct impactful product demos that highlight real business value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
- Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams for seamless client handovers.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and long-term customer value creation.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in SaaS, POS systems, retail tech, or beauty & wellness technology.
- Experience selling to salons/spas or experience in beauty-tech is a huge advantage.
- A confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience running software demos is a major plus.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- A self-driven professional who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a dynamic startup-like environment.
