- We are hiring for a fast-growing **SaaS company** for a proactive and result-driven **Recruiter** to drive end-to-end hiring across business, tech, and support functions.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands:
- Hiring in a fast-paced SaaS/startup environment
- Managing multiple roles simultaneously with speed and quality
- Identifying high-potential talent across sales, tech, and operations
- If you are not comfortable working in a high-growth, target-driven hiring environment, this role may not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Tech, and Operations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Drive fast closures while maintaining quality of hires
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and dashboards
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for **Sales, SaaS, or startup environments**
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
