Position Details
**Role:** Sales, Customer Support & Customer Engagement Intern
Sales Support
- Identify and research prospective clients.
- Assist in lead generation and database management.
- Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist clients with product-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Customer Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls and customer feedback surveys.
- Support customer onboarding activities.
- Assist in creating customer success and retention initiatives.
- Help improve customer experience by identifying recurring concerns and opportunities.
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Support internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when required.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Previous internship, volunteer, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
