Sales Executive – Robotics & AI Training Programs

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Robotics & Artificial Intelligence department.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales and customer service within training centers, educational institutes, STEM, Robotics, or AI-related programs.
The candidate must be able to communicate professionally and smoothly in both Arabic and English and confidently handle student and parent inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell Robotics, STEM, Coding, and AI training programs
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups
Convert leads into course enrollments
Support reception and customer service operations
Explain course details, schedules, and training pathways to students and parents
Maintain professional communication with clients and build strong relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and support marketing campaigns
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding registrations and schedules
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in sales and customer service is mandatory
Experience
- in training centers, education services, STEM, Robotics, or AI programs is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp communication and handling customer inquiries
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
