Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans using market trends and prospect research, and track progress in CRM tools.
- Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking events, and social media outreach.
- Present and demonstrate market research services and explain how they address client needs.
- Work with marketing on targeted campaigns informed by market insights.
- Keep CRM records of sales and client interactions and report progress to management.
- Maintain client relationships and satisfaction while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Candidate qualifications
- Proven sales experience, especially in market research or a related industry, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
