Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other retail banking products to branch walk-in customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for credit card acquisitions and loan disbursements
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable financial products
  • Verify customer eligibility, collect documentation, and process applications accurately
  • Follow up on pending applications and ensure end-to-end closure of each case
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional banking products such as accounts, insurance, and investments
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal banking policies
  • Update daily sales activity reports and pipeline trackers

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related field
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services
  • Prior experience in credit cards or personal loans is preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and KYC requirements
