Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan and lead internal investigations from intake to closure
- Gather and preserve evidence in line with confidentiality and legal standards
- Conduct structured interviews with employees, witnesses, and subjects of investigation
- Analyze financial records and transactions to identify irregularities relevant to a case
- Write clear, well-structured investigation reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Handle sensitive, confidential matters with discretion and professional judgment
- Recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on case findings
Requirements
- Background in misconduct, ethics, or disciplinary case handling
- Excellent report-writing skills for stakeholder-facing findings
- Prior exposure to fraud, compliance, forensic, or disciplinary investigations is a plus
- High discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential matters
