Position Scope
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Arabic-speaking Sales Executive
to manage and expand our business in the
Oman market
.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the
off-road spare parts and heavy truck industry in Oman
, along with an established client network and in-depth market knowledge.
The role is responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and strengthening the company’s market presence in Oman.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oman market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
- Identify challenges and propose strategic solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience in
Heavy Truck / Spare Parts industry
- Strong experience in handling
- Oman market
- Established network of clients in Oman is a must
Key Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)**
- **Valid UAE / GCC Driving License (Mandatory)**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Willingness to travel frequently to Oman
