Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven **Mobility Consultant** to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
This role requires a strong B2B sales background, particularly in tech-enabled services or transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within SMB and mid-market segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Deliver tailored mobility solutions in collaboration with internal teams (operations, product, marketing)
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasting
- Prepare and deliver proposals and product demonstrations to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors to strengthen Swvl’s market position
- Provide feedback to improve products and services
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (tech-enabled services or transportation preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Dubai and nearby regions
- Based in or near Dubai with strong understanding of local market
