Sales Executive – Floristry

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable floral arrangements, gifting, and décor solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Business Development

• Promote floral products for events, weddings, corporate functions, and gifting occasions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporates, hotels, event planners, and other clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

Customer Handling & Communication

• Handle walk-in customers, phone inquiries, online leads, and social media requests professionally.
• Prepare quotations and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Respond to customer requirements, special requests, and concerns in a timely manner.

Order Processing & Coordination

• Process orders accurately and coordinate with floristry and operations teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of customer requirements, including special arrangements and customization.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely service.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain customer records and sales follow-ups.
• Use basic MS Office tools for quotations, updates, and reporting.
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience preferred.
• Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong follow-up, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
