About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our floral team immediately.
The ideal candidate should have UAE sales experience, preferably in the floral or event industry, with the ability to build strong client relationships and drive sales growth.
You will be responsible for promoting floral products and services including bouquets, customized arrangements, event décor, and corporate floral solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth coordination with the florist team.
Business Development
- Identify and connect with new customers including corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Explore new sales opportunities and support business growth.
Client Handling & Sales
- Understand customer requirements for weddings, events, corporate orders, and special occasions.
- Recommend suitable floral arrangements and customized solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales successfully.
Coordination & Order Management
- Coordinate with florists and operations teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage order schedules, deliveries, and customer follow-ups efficiently.
Customer Service
- Provide professional support and guidance on flower selection, arrangements, and care.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the UAE (floral industry experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, and event-related requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good coordination and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
