Our client is a UAE-based international trading company specializing in paper, board, packaging, and specialty paper solutions.

The company serves customers across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, supplying a diverse portfolio of paper and board grades, self-adhesive materials, flexible packaging solutions, label stock, and other industrial paper products.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Arabic-speaking Sales Executive

to join our growing commercial team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across assigned markets.

This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales across assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell the company's range of paper, board, packaging, and specialty paper products.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Travel internationally as required to support business development activities.

Experience

  • **Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience within the UAE market**

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experience in the paper, board, packaging, or related industrial products sector is highly preferred.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.

Language Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
