We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client in Dubai.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong network within the academic and education sector and a proven track record of driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be a proactive sales hunter with a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building abilities, and the drive to identify and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities within the academia and education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, training institutes, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into long-term clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with proven experience within the academia, education, or higher education sector.
  • Existing network and strong relationships within educational institutions in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
  • Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
  • Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and able to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
  • Professional, confident, and commercially focused personality.
