Overview

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• **Lead Generation:** Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and face-to-face meetings across the UAE.
• **Client Acquisition:** Pitch HR and recruitment services to corporate clients, understand their staffing requirements, and onboard them as active business partners.
• **Account Management:** Maintain and nurture strong, long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• **Proposals & Negotiation:** Schedule corporate meetings, draft and present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms/service fees to successfully close deals.
• **Market Intelligence:** Monitor UAE market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client job orders are fulfilled with high-quality candidates efficiently.

Requirements

• **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market. (Prior experience in HR Consultancies, Recruitment agencies, or Corporate Services is highly preferred).
• **Communication Skills:** Exceptional command of written and spoken English with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Urdu/Hindi is an added advantage.
• **Market Knowledge:** A solid understanding of the UAE corporate sector, business setup landscapes, and local hiring trends.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
• **Attributes:** Target-oriented, self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
