Fit-Out Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fit-Out Foreman to supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior fit-out works.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing site labor, ensuring quality workmanship, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out site activities.
- Manage and monitor carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, and finishing works.
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor site productivity and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Report daily progress, manpower status, and material requirements.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fit-out and interior construction projects.
- Strong experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and office fit-out projects.
- Ability to read and understand construction and fit-out drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
