Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant to provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user systems.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support enterprise technologies across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email setup, and access permissions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
  • Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Administer cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Support virtualization environments including VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Monitor cybersecurity tools, endpoint protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and infrastructure reports.
  • Assist with office IT setup, system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Virtualization, Firewalls, and Cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, VPNs, and helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• CompTIA A+, Network+

  • Cisco CCNA
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Azure Fundamentals

• AWS Cloud Practitioner

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
