Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our premium **gold and diamond jewellery showroom** in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail and a strong ability to build customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a high level of personalized service
- Assist customers in selecting gold and diamond jewellery based on their preferences and budget
- Explain product features such as gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), and pricing
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain showroom display standards and cleanliness
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales (gold/diamond preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills (POS systems preferred)
