Job Description
Zenora International is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into site visits/meetings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of direct sales experience (real estate experience in Dubai preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
