Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The responsibilities include managing and coordinating sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, handling inquiries in both French and English, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads to meet sales targets.
The role also involves liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service, while maintaining accurate sales and client records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both French and English for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales coordination or business development within oilfield supplies or a related industry.
- Ability to prepare sales proposals, handle inquiries, and meet sales targets effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and common office tools (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment and industrial products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
