Job Description
Luminex Steel is looking for a **dynamic and result-driven Female Sales Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in **steel construction, contracting, or related industries** and be skilled in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel and construction sector
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution of projects
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (preferably in steel or construction)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into customers
Knowledge of steel structures, fabrication, and construction is a plus
Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
UAE driving license preferred
