Role Overview
Uncut is a full-service marketing agency operating across the Middle East.
We build brands, generate demand, and drive measurable results for businesses through social media, SEO, content, paid media, events, and lead generation.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to own and grow our client base across the Middle East, Europe and the UK.
This is not a support role, and you will be the primary revenue driver, responsible for full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing retainer and project-based contracts.
Business Development & Pipeline Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle from SQL generation to signed contract; pitch, negotiate, and close
- Proactively prospect new business through LinkedIn, referral networks, events, and direct outreach
- Build and manage a structured pipeline across markets with clear stage progression and forecasting in CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for new customer acquisition and upsell
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Run discovery calls and needs assessments with C-suite, Marketing Directors, and Founders to understand business goals
- Design and present bespoke proposals spanning Uncut's full service portfolio, from organic social to full-funnel paid campaigns
- Adapt sales approach for cultural nuances across Middle East and European markets
- Handle objections confidently and navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts in coordination with delivery teams
- Retain and grow key client relationships, supporting contract renewals and scope expansions
- Develop strategic account plans for priority clients and top prospects
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth SQL handoff with full context and qualification notes
- Deliver weekly pipeline updates and monthly performance reports to the Founder/CEO
- Feed market intelligence back to the team; competitor activity, pricing signals, and buyer sentiment
Required Skills
- 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in a marketing agency, SaaS, or high-growth services environment
- Proven track record of closing retainer-based deals and hitting revenue targets consistently
- Experience selling into at least one target market; Middle East or UK/Europe
- Consultative selling skills, ability to listen, diagnose, and design the right solution from a broad service portfolio
- Confident presenting and negotiating with C-suite, Founders, and Director-level stakeholders
- Strong CRM discipline; pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, full deal documentation
- Comfortable building proposals and pitch decks independently, with guidance from delivery teams
- Analytically minded; able to tie marketing services to business outcomes (leads, revenue, ROI)
- Existing network of marketing decision-makers in target verticals
- Understanding of digital marketing channels at a practitioner level (not just conceptual)
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar CRM/outreach platforms
