Overview
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting products or services.
This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
