About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to grow our graphics business by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for graphic design, printing, branding, and related services
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/production team to deliver customized solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the graphics, printing, or creative industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
