Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing immigration and company setup firm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our range of services, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients seeking immigration services or business setup solutions.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking to explain our firm’s offerings.
  • Assess Client Needs: Meet with clients to understand their immigration or business setup needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads, guide clients through the sales process, and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Prepare Proposals: Draft service agreements, quotations, and proposals based on the client’s requirements.
  • Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales goals to contribute to the team’s overall performance.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws, business regulations, and market trends to better serve clients.
  • Report Progress: Use CRM software to track leads, client interactions, and sales performance, reporting to the Sales Manager.

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales, with a focus on lead generation and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of Immigration and Business Setup: Basic understanding of immigration laws and company formation processes (training will be provided).
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain services clearly and handle client inquiries.
  • Customer-Focused: A client-first mentality with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing to benefit both the client and the company.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
