Job Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join Ayat Development, an Emirati Real Estate Developer with a strong construction background and a growing pipeline of residential projects in Dubai’s most sought-after communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, or client services, with 2–5 years of experience in luxury real estate, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong communication, Presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Role
- Identify, approach, and onboard real estate agencies as partners for selling our projects.
- Conducting project presentations with real estate agencies and develop agency and agent engagement.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the purchasing journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain long-term partnerships with key agencies and educate them about our Company’s Project and Sales techniques.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate into sales.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements effectively.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed insights.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with agencies to address challenges and enhance outcomes.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely payments and commissions to brokers.
