Sales Executive

Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales within an existing territory of facility care, food service, hospitality etc accounts, providing customers with sales demos, regular service, and ongoing training.
• Cold call and prospect to secure new accounts as you build company brand in your market.
• Sell products, equipment and services from our extensive catalogues, providing a full service
• including provision of quotations, invoicing, order fulfilment, product training, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate chemicals and safe equipment use, ensuring that your customers’ needs are addressed, and that customers’ staff are properly trained (product and hygiene training).
• Provides follow-up with customers and finance on orders, invoicing, and payment issues as needed to complete the sales cycle. Reports on personal sales activities.
• Work closely with technicians to install and repair chemical dilution and dispensing systems, leveraging this service to strengthen the customer relationship.
• Provide emergency service coverage to appreciative customers.
• Comply with Company Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises.
• Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and provides a customer service report for site visits, service inspections or completed work/repairs.
• Adheres to the company and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices.
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Operates company vehicles and technical equipment in a responsible and professional manner.
• Coordinates with the staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma/degree.
• Food Safety and HACCP Certification
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Solid computer and systems knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and a pleasant attitude.
• Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in English language.
• UAE driving license is essential for this role.
