The Sales Executive – Agarwood Division is responsible for promoting and selling agarwood products, including oud wood, incense, chips, oils, and related premium fragrance products.
The role involves developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agarwood and related fragrance products to retail, wholesale, and corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in local and international markets.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding agarwood grades, quality, and usage.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and payment follow-ups.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of products in showrooms or retail outlets.
- Submit regular sales and market feedback reports to the management.
& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in agarwood, oud, perfumes, luxury retail, or related sales industry.
- Strong knowledge of agarwood products, oud varieties, and fragrance market trends is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.
