Role Overview
We are seeking highly driven and experienced **Sales Executives with a strong background in Directory Sales and Advertising Solutions**.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a proven ability to close deals in competitive and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market
- Sell **print and digital advertising solutions**, including directory listings, online ads, and media packages
- Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and accelerate deal closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop customized advertising proposals aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum **3+ years of UAE sales experience in Directory Sales**
- Prior experience with organizations such as **Yellow Pages, DU Yellow Pages, Kompass**, or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Proven track record in selling **print advertising, online advertising, and media solutions**
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals in challenging environments
- Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and client-facing personality
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
