Sales Executive – Commercial Fleet Leasing

Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to develop new business for our commercial vehicle leasing and fleet solutions.

The successful candidate will find and approach prospective clients, understand their vehicle requirements, prepare proposals, and close long-term leasing agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new B2B business across the UAE.
- Meet clients and recommend suitable vehicle and fleet solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Build relationships with clients and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on progress.
Requirements
- Proven UAE B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle leasing, fleet rental, logistics, or a related field.
- A track record of winning new clients and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales process independently.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month.
