Irony Home is looking for a creative and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Christmas decoration, festive décor, and event styling sector.
The ideal candidate has experience in event sales, corporate gifting, seasonal decorations, exhibitions, retail activations, and festive installations.
They should be confident in building relationships with corporate clients, hotels, malls, retail brands, and event organizers while bringing creative ideas to every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Christmas decorations, festive displays, seasonal installations, and event décor projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, shopping malls, retail stores, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, and event agencies.
- Meet potential clients and present creative decoration concepts and solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to develop customized festive décor concepts.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
- Manage client accounts from inquiry to project completion.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in festive and event décor.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in event management, event décor, exhibitions, festive decorations, retail activations, visual merchandising, or related industries.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to suggest innovative decoration concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak festive seasons.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
