We help businesses adopt e-learning through tailored solutions—whether integrating with existing Learning Management Systems or building bespoke training experiences, including cutting-edge metaverse environments.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role where you'll own simpler sales cycles independently while supporting our BD Manager on larger, more complex deals.
You'll learn our sales motion by working alongside experienced closers while building your own book of business.
What You'll Own (Full Cycle)
- Articulate partner leads — Qualify, nurture, and close inbound leads from our Articulate partnership
- Outbound outreach — Reach out to potential clients that are either old or churned leads as well as support on new lead generation through channels including email, phone, Linkedin and Whatsapp
- RFP Lead qualification — Quickly qualify or disqualify RFP leads to focus energy on high-potential opportunities
What You'll Support
- For larger custom e-learning deals, you'll support our BD Manager by:
- Proposal preparation — Draft proposals, pricing tables, and select relevant case studies for review
- Follow-up — Chase responses, schedule next steps, send reminders, and keep deals moving through the pipeline
- Meeting support — Join client calls, take detailed notes, own action items, and send same-day recaps
- Internal coordination — Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or e-learning technology is a plus
- Arabic language skills preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal delivery teams
