We are growing fast and need a top-tier sales professional to help us close more deals and build lasting client relationships.
Role overview
As our Sales Executive / BDM, you will own the full client journey from first conversation to signed contract.
You will work with warm leads handed to you by our lead generation team, conduct site visits, present tailored renovation proposals, and close deals confidently.
High earners in this role can make AED 15,000+ per month with commissions.
What you will do
- Follow up with warm leads within 24 hours and build rapport quickly
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and scope
- Prepare and present renovation proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals professionally
- Maintain strong client relationships post-sale and generate referrals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover
- Update CRM with all client interactions, statuses, and pipeline forecasts
- What we are looking for
- 2–5 years of sales experience in renovation, fit-out, interior design, or real estate
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (AED 30,000+)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English — Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage
- Owns a car or has reliable transportation for site visits across Dubai
- Hunter mentality — you do not wait for clients to come to you
- Own visa, husband/spouse visa, or transferable visa welcome
- What we offer
- Base salary AED 3,000–5,000 depending on experience
- 3–5% commission on every closed deal above the target of AED 120,000
- Warm leads provided by our in-house lead generation team
