We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Sales Executive / Business Development Executive** with excellent English communication skills and a strong passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
This is a revenue-focused role for someone who is confident in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers from banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and global corporate brands.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, target-oriented, and capable of converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across banking, finance, fintech, insurance, and corporate sectors
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Confident personality with a professional approach
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Previous experience in sales, business development, media sales, advertising sales, or client servicing is preferred
- Experience dealing with corporate or financial sector clients is an advantage
- Candidates with their **own visa will be preferred**
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
