Job Purpose
To manage and grow the company’s relationships with strategically important B2B customers within the HORECA/Key Accounts in Retail/F&B Industry.
The Sales executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Account Management
- Manage and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions.
Sales Execution
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment.
Market Intelligence
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback and insights to sales and marketing teams for strategic planning.
Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–8 years’ experience in UAE across various sectors. F&B, FMCG, HORECA sectors preferred.
- Must have UAE driving License
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
