Job Scope:
To monitor daily cash transactions and ensure compliance of CCO procedures & processes while handling a team in a professional manner and providing excellent customer service
Job Performance Indicators:
- Control CCO function in-store to minimize cash loss.
- Ensure the CCO section is managed as per sop and departmental guidelines
- Manage performance and achieve professional development milestones
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash registers, physical cash, devices, and loyalty efficiently to achieve the organization's standards
- Conduct periodic inventory of cash float in stores to ensure accuracy and sufficient cash float is maintained
- Conduct periodic inventory and reconciliation of prepaid vouchers, e-gift vouchers, cigarettes, and others.
- Conduct spot check for cashiers as per SOP
- Ordering all consumables.
- Ordering cash change as per SOP
- Provide cash change to cashiers to ensure smooth transactions at the counters
- Reconcile cash float and verify CCO reports to ensure accurate fund management.
- Deposit daily cash in the bank and assure all information is updated in the system to ensure on-time reporting
- Assist customers for queries, complaints for merchandise refunds to ensure customer needs are addressed in line with organization policy and procedure while maintaining or projecting a professional image of organization.
- Identify any errors in cash collected and immediately report to management of any discrepancies for immediate resolution
- Customer suggestions are noted and presented to management for customer service improvement
- Ensure daily reconciliation of cash collected from Ecommerce and Home delivery.
- Ensure to post open statements for Internal and Ecommerce statement on time.
- Determine assets required with respective departments to ensure smooth operation in cash section
- Provide on-the-job coaching, and training for all employees in the store (new joiners, multi-taskers, etc.) and follow-up to achieve employee skill enhancement.
- Prepare staff schedules and leave plans to ensure efficient workload planning. Manage staff absenteeism efficiently with minimum disruption to service levels.
- Communicate clear directions to the team to achieve performance excellence
- Appraise individual performance of the team members and department in line with the organizations Human resources practices to ensure retention of the employee as well as growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cash Supervisor/In charge in Supermarket

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
