Chefs (Multi Cuisine) - Cloud Kitchen

About This Role

Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing premium grocery retailer is looking for a Chefs (Multi Cuisine) for their Cloud Kitchen in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Take orders accurately and ensure timely preparation.
• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Monitor cooking times to ensure dishes are cooked to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle food ingredients properly, ensuring the freshness and quality of dish

Stock Management & Inventory:

• Monitor ingredient levels and ensure adequate stock of cooking materials.
• Coordinate with the Bakery Supervisor to restock ingredients as necessary.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure minimal wastage.
• Rotate stock to ensure the freshness of ingredients and adherence to expiry dates.

Health & Safety:

• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies to ensure safe food handling and preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation and cooking areas.
• Use equipment properly and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 -3 years of experience in similar field to prepare multicuisine (like; Pizza, Sushi, Burger & fries, Healthy meals, & Arabic cuisine)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
