Production Coordinator (Flour Country - Bakery Production Unit)

Overview

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Support the logistics of operations, such as coordinating transportation, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supply Chain Management: Support the supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution of products or services.
• Team Coordination: Collaborating with different teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication in daily operations.
• Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet operational needs.
• Documentation: Maintaining records and documentation related to operations for compliance and reference.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure business continuity.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations: Support operations with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
• Project Management: Coordinating and overseeing specific projects related to operations.
• Staff Certification process: Carry out the end-to-end process for all required staff licenses & certifications.
• Outsource Company: Point of contact for details and information related to outsourced staff, including attendance, etc.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• At least a graduate (from Any Discipline)
• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience as an Administrator/coordinator in a bakery or catering production unit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
