About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Fleet Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth in the car rental sector.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and promoting long-term and short-term rental solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients for fleet leasing and rental services.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending deals to ensure closure.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in fleet sales, car rental, or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market and corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
