The Smash Room is Dubai's original stress-relief experience — a place where people come to smash, thrash, and splinter their way through a room full of donated furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Armed with a weapon of choice (think sledgehammers, baseball bats, and crowbars) and fully kitted out in protective gear, guests unleash their energy in a safe, exhilarating, and frankly unforgettable environment.
With two locations — Al Quoz and the newly launched Smash Room City at Sports Society Mirdif — and over 90 five-star reviews, we're one of Dubai's most talked-about entertainment venues.
The Mirdif outpost takes the concept further with a series of themed rooms: an office, a restaurant, a laundromat, a supermarket, and more — each one ready to be destroyed.
Packages range from AED 69 per person for a quick stress-busting session all the way up to AED 1,997 for a full City Tour.
We serve walk-ins, pre-booked groups, corporate team-building events, private parties, and everything in between.
Role Description
We're looking for a Sales Executive who's as energised as our guests — someone who loves closing deals, building relationships, and watching their commission grow.
This is a frontline revenue role: you'll be selling experiences, building our corporate client base, and converting enquiries into confirmed, deposited bookings.
This is not a role for someone content to coast on a base salary.
We're looking for a self-starter whose ambitious and driven.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new bookings across all revenue streams — corporate team-building events, private group bookings, birthday parties, and walk-in upsells
- Proactively reach out to and develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, HR teams, and PRs
- Handle enquiries efficiently and guide prospects through to a confirmed, deposited booking
- Promote the full product range: from entry-level Whoopee packages to premium City Tour experiences at Smash Room City
- Represent The Smash Room professionally at corporate meetings, off-site pitches, and industry networking events
- Maintain an organised CRM pipeline and follow up consistently on warm leads
- Collaborate with the venue and operations team to ensure seamless handovers and a great guest experience
- Report on sales activity, conversion rates, and pipeline weekly
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated sales track record — hospitality, entertainment, events, F&B, hotels, or similar experience preferred
- Driven by earnings: you want to be rewarded directly for the revenue you generate
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone, in person, and over email
- Self-motivated and proactive; you don't wait to be chased for results
- Comfortable pitching to corporate clients and building long-term relationships
- Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously
- Presentable, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about what The Smash Room offers
- Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
Compensation
Base Salary AED 10,000 per month (based on experience and location)
Tiered Monthly Commission
Commission is triggered the moment a client deposit clears.
No waiting for the event to happen — you get paid as soon as the booking is secured.
Monthly Booked Revenue AED 0 – 35,000 AED 35,001 – 70,000 AED 70,001+ Commission Rate Est.
Monthly Take-Home* 5% Up to AED 11,750 7% 10% Up to AED 14,450 * Estimated monthly take-home \= base salary + commission at the ceiling of each tier.
AED 17,000+ A consistent top-tier performer can realistically target AED 20,000–25,000+ per month.
Commission Terms
- Commission is calculated on total revenue booked and deposited in the calendar month
- Cancellations prior to the event date will result in the commission being forfeited or offset against the following month
- Commission structure is reviewed periodically with reasonable advance notice of any changes
Transportation
- No company vehicle provided
- Petrol allowance or reimbursement available for approved corporate client meetings
