Junior sales role focused on generating new leads and selling accounting, business consultancy, and ERP software solutions.
Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.
Sales and client responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals, online inquiries, and other channels.
- Approach businesses and introduce accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, business setup, consultancy, and ERP solutions.
- Understand prospective clients’ business, accounting, operational, and software requirements.
- Present services and ERP solutions, arrange demonstrations, and coordinate with the technical team as needed.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and demonstrations; prepare proposals, negotiate, and help close sales.
- Achieve monthly targets, build a sales pipeline, develop business, maintain client relationships, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and visits when needed; maintain sales records and provide management updates.
- Coordinate onboarding with internal teams and stay informed about company services, ERP products, and UAE business needs.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Suitable candidates will receive training and guidance.
- Ability to work toward assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to conduct client meetings and visits when required.
