Role Overview
Tulip Nursery is seeking a qualified, caring, and experienced Teaching Assistant.
Relevant early childhood qualification and experience supporting young children preferred.
Good English communication skills and a patient, responsible approach required.
Candidates on their own visa preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the teacher in delivering engaging, play-based EYFS activities.
- Prepare learning resources and keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Support individual children and small groups under the teacher's guidance.
- Assist with meals, toileting, diaper changes, rest, and personal care while protecting children's dignity.
- Maintain active supervision and follow safeguarding, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Encourage communication, positive behavior, independence, and emotional well-being.
- Share observations and concerns promptly with the teacher and maintain assigned records.
- Support safe arrivals, departures, and transitions throughout the day.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,400.00 - AED 1,900.00 per month.

- Work Location: In person.
