Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly.
- Collect feedback, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
- Prepare updates or status reports and maintain accurate communication records.
- Identify service-quality improvements, support business development, and represent company values in client-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, customer satisfaction, business relationship management, and client relations skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong organization and time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Consulting, accounting, or professional-services experience is an advantage.
- Basic office software and CRM proficiency are beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Workplace
