Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our plants nursery team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting our nursery products and services to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Customer relationship management
Develop sales strategies
Maintain sales records
Generate business leads
Oversee plant deliveries
Setting up meetings to attract potential clients
Coordinate with suppliers for plant and product restocking
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Identify potential clients and business opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Have strong plant knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture/Agriculture, business, marketing or communication
Can work individual and team
Has 1–3-year experience in sales field (Plant nursery/Horticulture)
Job Type: Permanent
Work Location: In person.
