Our team is passionate, diverse, and forward-thinking, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Parts Sales Executive to join us. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and performance of our dealer network across regional markets, while working closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, pricing, and marketing. You will play a key role in supporting dealer operations, driving parts sales performance, and ensuring effective communication and alignment between Isuzu and its partners across MENA and SSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day communication with assigned dealers across multiple markets, ensuring responsiveness and clarity
- Conduct regular visits to key markets to engage with dealers and customers, strengthen partnerships, and evaluate business performance
- Provide operational support to dealers in parts business activities, including availability, ordering processes, pricing, and technical matters
- Monitor dealer performance against agreed targets and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives
- Analyze parts sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
- Review and follow up on lost sales cases, identifying root causes and recommending actionable improvements
- Assess competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, availability, and service levels, to maintain market competitiveness
- Gather market insights through surveys and field feedback to better understand customer needs and industry developments
- Prepare and deliver regular reports covering dealer performance, market trends, and business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, logistics, pricing, and marketing to address challenges and support dealer operations
- Contribute to the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing dealer performance and expanding market share
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in automotive parts sales, dealer management, or a related function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage international stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a strong advantage
