About This Role

Sales Executive PropTech | UAE / GCC

A fast-growing PropTech company is looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic growth across the GCC region.

This role is focused on developing and managing enterprise relationships across the real estate and property investment sector, working with investors and large commercial clients. The successful candidate must have proven experience within the PropTech industry and a strong track record of selling enterprise technology solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales and business development activities across the GCC
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise real estate clients, developers, investors, and strategic partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Position PropTech solutions to senior stakeholders including founders, CEOs, CIOs, investment teams, and operational leadership
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals aligned to customer business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for regional market expansion and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and leadership teams to support go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings across the region

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a PropTech company
  • Strong track record selling enterprise solutions across the GCC region
  • Experience managing complex B2B and enterprise sales cycles
  • Existing network within real estate, property investment, or developer ecosystems is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales capability
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
