Overview
- Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities1.
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **GPS tracking, CCTV surveillance, networking, PA systems, and IoT solutions**
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital channels
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Expand client base across sectors (construction, logistics, retail, government, etc.)
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT and security solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
3. Solution Selling & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with technical teams to design customized solutions (CCTV layouts, network infrastructure, GPS tracking systems)
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure solutions meet client needs and industry standards
4. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Sales
- Promote and sell AMC packages for CCTV, networking, PA systems, and IT infrastructure
- Ensure renewal of existing AMC contracts
- Maintain long-term service relationships with clients
- Coordinate with service teams for timely support delivery
5. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends in **IT, security systems, and IoT technologies**
- Monitor competitors and pricing strategies
- Identify new product/service opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
