Job Profile: Customer Support & Operations Executive – GPS & Automotive Industry
Role Overview:
Responsible for coordinating GPS-related operations, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth communication between technicians, customers, and office staff. Supports GPS installations, renewals, and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate records and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with field technicians for GPS installation, maintenance, and service calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding GPS renewals, installations, and queries.
- Liaise with office staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update records of GPS devices, customer information, and service reports.
- Use computer applications efficiently for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high service satisfaction.
